The short version

We collect as little as possible. Our browser-based tools — the FAQ Schema Generator, llms.txt Generator and GEO Audit — run entirely on your device and send nothing to our servers. For the checkers that require processing, we collect only the details you type into the form and the email address you use to request a report.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a report from the AI Visibility Checker, AI Overview Checker or ChatGPT Rank Tracker, you send us a brand name, category, domain, keywords or prompts, and your email address. We use these solely to produce and deliver your report.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps. If analytics are enabled we use them in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.

What we never collect. We do not ask for payment details, passwords or account credentials. Our free browser tools transmit nothing — you can verify this by loading a tool page and disconnecting from the internet before using it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies WordPress sets to operate the site. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any tool on this site.

Third parties

Report requests are sent by email, so your message is handled by our email provider. Some pages link to third-party tools, occasionally through affiliate links — see our affiliate disclosure. Following those links takes you to sites with their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and similar regimes you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hassan@zavify.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days. Because we hold very little, deletion is usually immediate.

Data retention

Report request emails are retained only as long as needed to deliver your report and answer follow-up questions, and are deleted on request at any time.
